Reservation requires $500 advance deposit. Refundable security deposit is $200.

- Download the Reservation Contract and fill it out.

Policies

Reservations are first-come, first-served, and are not final until deposit and signed rental agreement are received.

Weekly rentals are Saturday 3 p.m. through Saturday 10 a.m., except by special arrangement.

Occupancy limit is 12 individuals, unless special exception is made by the owner.

No pets or indoor smoking.

Life vests are provided and are required wear on boats.

Rate includes linens, kitchenware, use of boats and other recreational equipment.
