Policies
Reservations are first-come, first-served, and are not final until deposit and signed rental agreement are received.
Weekly rentals are Saturday 3 p.m. through Friday 10:30 a.m., except by special arrangement.
Occupancy limit is 10 individuals, unless special exception is made by the owner.
No pets or indoor smoking please.
Life vests are provided and are required wear on boats.
Rate includes linens, kitchenware, use of boats and other recreational equipment.
